Orders are hand made fresh and made in turn, During busy times (such as promotions) please allow at least
3 - 5 working days for your order to be hand made and then posted.
You will ONLY receive a dispatch confirmation once your parcel has been physically passed over to Royal Mail and is on it's way to you.
We post orders most days (Mon - Sat) All items are treated with care, packed well and triple checked before sending.
Our postage rates are great value as we charge you less than the actual rate we pay Royal Mail to send Small Parcels, and we don't charge you for any packaging costs:

Due to Covid-19 Royal Mail could have delivery delays across the UK which we have no control over.
If your order value is over £25 we will pay for your delivery and offer you FREE UK P&P

Due to Brexit and the EU introducing VAT charges on Imports to all EU Countries we are no longer able to sell to customers in Europe.
Import fees and VAT of up to 25% is a lot of extra charges for customers and we can not justify those costs.

Minimum Order 5 Items
Our pots are always securely packed in boxes, We only charge the actual cost of Royal Mail small parcel postage or less and don't charge you for packaging materials (65p) so to keep our prices low we have a minimum order of 5 items.
Small orders do mean we make a significant loss and could mean having to increase our incredibly low prices which we want to avoid.
Orders placed for less than 5 items will therefor be automatically cancelled and refunded.
(Paypal refunds within a few hours, Stripe refunds can take 5 days for them to process, Clearpay deduct refunds from your outstanding balance)
Refund for out of stock items/ Damaged in Transit
If on the rare occasion a product is not available, we send you a free similar product and refund you, Refunds are processed at the end of each week, Paypal will refund instantly, Stripe can take 5 working days to issue refunds, Clearpay deduct refunds from your account balance and can take 7 days.
If an order arrives damaged you MUST take photo's, We will then feed back to our delivery partner, We cannot refund for any damaged items without photographic proof, Please email with your order number to:
It is your responsibility to provide correct up to date address details when you place an order, If the address stated is not complete or not recognised by Royal Mail we will email you and give you 7 days to reply, If no reply is received your order will then be cancelled and refunded. Paypal will refund instantly, Stripe can take 7 working days to issue refunds.

We regularly offer promo/discount codes, If you ever have an issue with a code not working just contact us, If there is a problem we will fix the issue asap.
If you have placed an order and the promo code did not work, Let us know and we will manually refund you the offer.
If you are issued a personal Promo Code this is for your own use and NOT to be shared with other's, If you share a personal code your future orders may be cancelled.
All our wax crumble pots are made fresh to order which is why during busy times it can take some days for me to make, package them up and dispatch them to you.
As products are made specifically for you, product returns are not accepted, We would be unable to resell any items and would have to destroy them as there would be no way to tell if they had been tampered with.
As a sole trader kept very busy with all aspects of running this business please be respectful when communicating, I will answer chat requests anytime of day or evening (If I'm awake) and check emails multipul times a day, I'm always very happy to offer advice if you have any questions.

GB CLP regulations now apply to goods made and sold within the UK, We follow these guidelines fully.
